26 & 2 Teacher Training

The 26 & 2 teacher training is a program designed to provide aspiring yoga teachers with the knowledge and skills needed to teach the 26 & 2 sequence, also known as the Bikram Yoga series.
This sequence consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practised in a heated room for 90 minutes.

During the training, participants will learn about the history and philosophy of the 26 & 2 sequence, as well as the anatomy and physiology of the body. They will also explore the benefits and contraindications of each posture and how to teach them effectively to students of different levels and abilities.

The training is led by experienced teachers who are committed to providing a supportive and challenging learning environment. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the 26 & 2 sequence daily, building strength, flexibility, and endurance in both their bodies and minds.

In addition to the physical practice, participants will also learn about the business of yoga, including how to set up and manage a yoga studio, how to market and promote their classes, and how to build a loyal student base.

The 26 & 2 teacher training program is demanding, both physically and mentally. Participants should be prepared to commit to the full duration of the training and be willing to work hard and push themselves to new limits. However, the rewards of completing the training are significant, including a deep understanding of the 26 & 2 sequence and the ability to share it with others, creating a positive impact on their lives.
